Project on Campus

Our aim on campus is to become a bronze award hedgehog friendly campus. To do this we need to achieve certain tasks of which we have to do 10 to achieve bronze award.

What is the hedgehog friendly campus about?

The hedgehog friendly campus is a national diversity programme funded by the British Hedgehog Preservation Society. It is a programme to promote knowledge about hedgehogs and improve biodiversity for hedgehogs everywhere.

Example tasks.

An example of some tasks to reach our goal are litter picks for both staff and students, awareness events, good collections and even online blogs.

We are students with a passion for conservation and wildlife protection. Our aim is to get our university to a silver medal hedgehog champion level, and to become a hedgehog friendly campus.
